Monster.com is one of the largest employment websites and job search engine in the world.

I have been applying non-stop for the last 3 months, LinkedIn, indeed.com, welcome to the jungle, monster.com, etc. And all I got is an endless amount of rejections. Now, one of the main reasons unfortunately is the visa issue, most companies do not want to bother with someone who requires a visa sponsorship, but still it cannot be this bad, especially that Tunisia is actually considered a very good source of good quality engineers in Europe, but I got no luck with this. After hundreds (I am talking 500+) of applications I ended up with only 2 technical tests, which I did great on but got rejected anyways.
