I recently discovered organice : https://organice.200ok.ch/ It’s installed on my phone and my tablet and I use a gitlab repo. From my phone I can see my agenda and tasks and I can quickly capture things to an inbox file. Later when I’m back on my computer I can process the inbox. I also have a cronjob on my computer running every 30min to commit the changes in the repo if there are any (from https://www.bryanjenks.dev/blog/how-i-put-my-mind-under-version-control with some tweaking) Best orgmode workflow for me so far.

If you are working with text files and git, gitjournal works well for me. It defaults to Markdown, but if you just edit in raw mode, you can do anything in the text file.
