Donjon - Donjon has lots of generators, but the one I use most is the map generator. Set it to two-tone, throw the result in photoshop, gimp or even paint and make fine edits to it as necessary. The cavern setting especially is a lifesaver for spelunking/Underdark games like Out of the Abyss; I could have a unique battlemap spun up in 20-30min easily.
