Coinbase account restricted (requesting uploading information to a 3rd party website)

I believe the emails to be legit, but for the love of god Coinbase, allow an option to upload information on a coinbase.com domain. You're literally just setting your customers to get scammed like this. I've refused to upload there and asked for other options and have money locked up because of this, not cool.
