For the timer: Companion with a Streamdeck perhaps, feeding into Node Red all on a Raspberry Pi, Node Red can handle the stopwatch logic (possible companion can do this, never tried) and Node Red can send commands to CasparCG to show and hide graphics, update timers etc.
