Https://quollwriter.com/ Quoll writer is the free answer to Scrivener. The stable version is windows only but when version 3 is fully released it'll be available on Windows, MacOS, and Linux. It uses a proprietary file format but it'll let you organize and make categories for all your writing/worldbuilding needs. Because it's not a website, there's less risk involved with unwanted access.
