I said websites are an example, and a very clear one, of how badly non-competing entities operate. Government couldn't dump millions of dollars into a website (healthcare.gov) and make it work correctly after months of development, and it looked mediocre at best. So, I probably would not prefer that, on account of how badly that went the last time.
