Anyone got any clever VISUAL inventory management ideas?

Gyazo [link], Lightshoot [link] and ShareX [link] are screen capture and sharing solutions. I personally looked more closely into Gyazo, but all three solutions offer similar capabilities in terms of screen capturing and cloud storage; they do have differences though, as detailed in this article [link]. One concern I had when looking into alternatives was the workflow populating the visual inventory management; I did not want a solution where the workflow had so many steps and was so complex that it would take a very long time to create it. Gyazo Pro plan (US$4.99 monthly, or US$3.99 monthly when billed annually) seemed like a plausible solution, as it offers unlimited capture browsing and searching, and the ability to create collections, which would facilitate organizing the inventory items images captured.
