HoloAI is good. Honestly, though, it's worse than NovelAI in most aspects; its main advantages are that you can generate multiple responses at one time, and also that HoloAI is pretty much the cheapest paid AI application.

NovelAI

As for alternatives to AI Dungeon, NovelAI is generally considered the best, and I also personally consider it the best alternative. Although, it's intended a bit more to be a writing tool rather than a game. Whether that's a positive or negative is dependent on what you're looking for in an AI Dungeon alternative.

Dreamily

Dreamily exists. It's incredibly basic and lacking in features compared to other applications, and I can't say I'd particularly recommend it over other alternatives (or even AI Dungeon), but it's a serviceable free AI application that I sometimes see people recommend.
