You could try speedify.com It is a software solution so you would either need to run it on both computers and have two network adapters for each computer but as it is software it would be easy for you to experiment with. I haven't tried it with Starlink but have used it since it was in Beta and it works great. Others have reported good results using it with Starlink and you can subscribe for a month at a time so it is risk free to try it. There is even fremium tier although it sounds like you will blow through the fremium data cap pretty quickly. The paid for tier is cap free.
