Karabiner

On Mac, you can install karabiner and remap everything to PC mappings. It's still slightly confusing because the OS will still show hints for the Mac mapping, but it works for me.

Took like 3 months tbh, the chrome "highlight address bar" shortcut which is alt-d on windows but cmd-l on macOS took me the longest lol. But now I don't have any issues at all. https://linearmouse.org/ (free and open source) for the few times I use a mouse with my macbook in order to get the right scrolling direction and get rid of mouse acceleration, but now I feel right at home on both platforms.
