From your computer, if you shop online, do sites like homedepot.com, target.com, etc. Pick up the correct store? If not, then you have a location inaccuracy. When I first posted about this on this reddit, people claimed that it's a CGNAT problem. But on my Arcadyan the location is pinpoint accurate. Wondering if you can call T-Mobile support to fix the location and see if that fixes your speedtest disparity.
