Hook Usenet Ninja (or any usenet provider you like) into NZBGET, then hook NZBGET and the indexers into Radarr/Sonarr. Then just request media through Radarr/Sonarr and itll auto grab releases. Theres more you can add onto it, but that + plex is a great starting point.

Playnite

It's very good - here's a download link. You just install it and log into your other launcher's accounts, after which it does everything automatically (the option to close other launchers on game exit is in the settings). There's other options for universal launchers of course - but I really like Galaxy, it's effortless to use and looks really nice.
