    You may be interested in the Nuclear Music Player which is unfortunately only available for desktop, but you can download the music locally to your computer and with a program like Syncthing have the library synced to your other devices, including mobile (not a perfect solution, but if you want to move away from privacy-invasive streaming services this is as good as it gets in my opinion besides hosting your own music library).
