I have never heard of draw.io - definitely going to look into that. I have a license for Visio, but I can't use it on any of my personal rigs (which all run Linux) so that will definitely be a handy tool. Good share!

I found the project almost 9 months ago, tried it for a bit, and just couldn't get settled on it. I ended up switching to Atera, but was ultimately dissatisfied with the time it took to sync changes to the agents, and the clunky UI (lots of modals for actions that really should have a separate page). After that experience, I started looking around again. I ended up finding Level (level.io, not open source). I tried it out for a bit, but it ended up being too premature to use as a full-fledged RMM, as it was still in early development. I then ended up coming back across TacticalRMM, deployed it, and it's definitely grown on me.
