Personally, I use FTP. I run the FreeSSHd / FreeFTPd server on each computer, and use WinSCP as the client.

Syncthing

If you want to keep a folder in sync between all devices automatically, check out Syncthing. In fact, I use syncthing to keep my winscp configs in sync :).
