KeePass

I've been using Keepass probably since its' inception about 20 years ago. It's a local file, not internet based, which turns many people off. On the other hand, that does increase security of it. Also, you can have multiple password files/vaults. If someone stole my cell phone and cracked my cell phone passcode and cracked my Keepass password, only the passwords in the cell phone vault would be exposed, which doesn't include any financial sites.

I guarantee Bitwarden will be more secure than this, as it is open source and their top priority is security. If you need something offline you could always use something like KeePassXC.

And if you don't use GMail (there are privacy reasons not to; I recommend either Mailbox.org or Proton Mail), there are similar services like Spam Gourmet that do the same thing as the "+reddit" trick above. Another privacy method is to sign up for things using a disposable email address like 10 Minute Email for places that demand you sign up with them just to access the service.
