Actual answer, I think it's unlikely that they will be able to see what subreddits you're browsing because HTTPS obfuscates the complete URL so if anyone is looking at your internet traffic they will only be able to see the top level domain (TLD), in this case https://reddit.com. UNLESS they've invested in some kind of SSL Inspection solution, which I think would involve installing custom certificates on your device.
