Vayne being overwhelmingly strong isn't 100% tied to Lethal Tempo being strong, she was already dominating botlane before pre-season hit, Tempo nerfs won't be enough to tone her down.

On a separate not can people pls stop using Lolalytics data to justify their opinions on objective champion strength. That site has an issue with their data where the average win rate is not 50%, rather all win rates are inflated. So while a 54.34% wr seems incredibly op (and it would be), it is just a false data point. This isn't to say Vayne is balanced rn, it's just to say that using false data can often lead to erroneous conclusions. Sites like op.gg and u.gg simply provide much better data. Use those.
