Those look like EPA ranges for mixed city and highway. If you're doing regular driving at 60 MPH or below and not running the heater, you'll probably get about that or better. A lot of AC or a moderately heavy load (remember a car starts pretty heavy unloaded) would probably decrease the range by ~10%. Driving faster can reduce range 20% or more. Having the heat on full blast the whole trip could halve the range. With regenerative braking, assuming a round trip, I don't think there would be a big effect on range for changes in grade, though a one-way trip uphill will negatively affect range. If you're actually interested in the effect, take a look at ABRP (turn on advanced settings in the menu).

Oh come on. You get a free charger with the car that plugs into a regular outlet. You only need to upgrade if you need faster charging, which most people don't. My level 2 charger was $150 from amazon.com and I installed the 240 volt outlet myself for less than $20.
