If I'm understanding correctly, it sounds like you put TV episodes into a movie library? If so, I think unfortunately all your work was more or less wasted, since the right way to go about it would be to put TV shows in their own main folder (using Plex's recommended naming conventions), and in Plex create a new TV library that points to your new folder. As long as the TV show exists in TVDB or TMDB Plex should automatically pull in the right metadata.
