If you're just looking to drag n drop music, Epidemic should be fine (or I saw Artist.io in the responses, I think?). But if you want music options and some quality SFX my go-to recommendation is Soundly. I use them exclusively for clients of all types when I'm in a pinch.

Great company out of Europe and for only $15/mo you get access to their super HQ SFX database, with some musical elements, that is updated with free content monthly. If you don't like their own database they also pull from freesound.org when searching for specific sounds (just pay attention to the licensing on the freesound stuff). Super clean layout and easy in application editing, drag n drop and *very* minimal sound design (pitch/time).
