What are you getting for free/cheap in Sydney by exploiting a loophole?

For anyone interested, if you borrow eBooks from City of Sydney (or basically any library) via OverDrive or other online stores, as long as you can get it into Adobe Digital Editions you can probably rip out the DRM and read it as God intended. Have a look at Calibre and the DeDRM plugin by Apprentice Alf. I use that to remove DRM from eBooks I borrow from various libraries so I can read them on my Kobo. Just return it in ADE once you've imported it to Calibre so other people can check it out. :-).
