Some domain names are not correctly resolving

So I'm not really sure why this is happening or what decides what domains it happens to, but some domains ( like twitter.com and ipinfo.io ) are resolving to 10.10.10.1 and I have no idea why or where its getting that IP from because my LAN network uses 192.168.0.0/24.
