It's always DNS. This time I know definitely it's DNS but can't figure it out.

I did a tracert of 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1 and the last hop of both were in Chicago. Nothing else other than their sites were affected. I could lookup other sites just fine, tested yahoo.com, bing.com, amazon.com, google.com. Looking at firewall logs I can see the requests going out just fine as well.

When I did a lookup from an external website like nslookup.io I was able to get their proper IP, which makes me think is this my problem somehow???? I know there can be issues with global DNS propagation but I can't seem to find a reliable way to track that. Any have any thoughts on where the issue could be?
