OBS Studio

Screen recording OBS is an easy way to record video. It can capture desktop or just a single application (although be careful you'll need to capture your timer too which I struggle with outside of full desktop capture mode.

Timer Livesplit is a popular choice, and for act 1 you don't need any complex splits set up as there's not much value in micro-timing the coast, etc.
