Which language/GUI-library is easiest to program with for linux.

Scratch Blockly
  1. Scratch is the programming language & online community where young people create stories, games, & animations.
    Pricing:
    • Open Source
Scratch is the first that comes to mind for a Visual programming language, Google's Blockly is also pretty similar, although neither Scratch nor Blockly are "for linux" (Scratch apparently dropped linux support, although old versions may still work; Blockly is in the browser and produces javascript.).
