In my other comment I asked why my changes are reflected in the CyclOSM view but not in the standard map view or in the cycle view. Do you have any idea? I made the changes with openstreetmap.org's iD, I believe I had the cycle view selected before I went into edit mode. Is that supposed to have any effect? (I guess that would be weird, because I was in cycle mode, not CyclOSM ; and CyclOSM is the one that has "received" my changes).

  2. MapComplete is an OpenStreetMap viewer and editor. It shows map features on a certain topic, and allows to see, edit and add new features to the map. It can be seen as a webversion crossover of StreetComplete and MapContrib.
In a similar vain, you can try MapComplete where you first pick a topic that is interesting to you. It'll then show all POI of that topic (e.g. Bicycle pumps, public bookcases, trees, ...), which you can browse around. Missing information for each POI is queried, if a point is missing you can add it too. (Disclaimer: I'm the main dev).
