    Krita is a professional FREE and open source painting program. It is made by artists that want to seaffordable art tools for everyone. Concept art. texture and matte painters, illustrations and comics.
    If you want to convert from a vector image to a raster image like .png, .jpg and so on, you'll need image software that can handle importing .svgs. Aseprite can't do that, but GIMP and Krita and many others can. There may even be some online image tools that can convert for you.
