These are all add-ons for Kodi, and you can further modify them as you like. The only real downside I've noticed is that some of the add-ons don't sync watched progress back to the remote servers. So for example if you watch 3 episodes of a Netflix show on Kodi, when you log into Netflix on a computer it won't have episode 4 under "Continue Watching" or whatever that's called. I'm guessing that can be fixed, but I haven't dug into it too much.
