Vanilla JS

People have been saying this for years. At first I thought vanilla.js was a joke, but you can actually do a lot with just vanilla JS (targeting ES6) and an up-to-date web browser. Hopefully now that DHH is promoting this idea, more people will embrace vanilla JS and targeting ES6 as a baseline.
