Altstore

On iOS we have similar things to android .apks, which are .ipas. They’re kinda the same thing (basically it’s a file that contains an app), but they’re kinda limited in some ways in comparison to apks (basically you can have 3 ipas installed at max on your device, and they expire after 7 days you install them. If you resign them before the 7 days cool down goes off, the timer resets) you need either altstore or sideloadly on your Mac to install .ipa files on your iPhone. There are really good tutorials on youtube for both of these so I won’t write here how to use them.

iOSGODS!

Now you’d still need to find an ipa that contains your hacked game, and I can’t help you finding that, tho with some googling you can easily find if someone already made one or not. If there’s not and you’re really determined you can ask on iOSGODS for someone to look into that but I can’t guarantee that someone will 😅.
