The reason I recommend it to learn touch typing over something like https://typingclub.com is that these sites usually only support qwerty so while on qwerty you start with learning the home row keys, on a different layout those keys will be all over the place so it's hard to create muscle memory.

If you know (most of) the keys a little bit, https://keybr.com also becomes a great resource which will let you practice the keys you're weakest at until ~60-80wpm when it concludes you know all keys and just kinda generates random tests. Good luck!
