WeTransfer

We work together using a private GitHub, its free to use and great for version control (not so advanced as Perforce). There is a neat desktop app we use and it also connects with Unreal Engine. However there is a file size limit with GitHub (I forget exactly what limitation that is) so we don't upload source files or lightmass because of their sizes. If we need to send each other something bigger we use WeTransfer (also free!). At our old job using Perforce we would typically be uploading source files for other artists if needed, we just hold them locally now.
