I haven't used cryptotrader.tax myself. I've been playing with accointing.com. I think the kind of transaction that you're talking about is going to be problematic with any automated process. It's simply more complicated than just importing a spreadsheet of transactions from a single exchange. Hopefully there should be some way to show the increase in basis that you receive by virtue of the fee. Looks like they have some devs on reddit, including e.g. u/dudeson55 .
