Where does the money come from if shib price goes to 1 $ and we are all trillionaires and want to withdraw our $ or EUR from crypto.com?

According to https://coinmarketcap.com/ SHIBA circulating supply is 394,796,000,000,000 SHIB, so VB's amount of tokens (originally 500,000,000,000,000 SHIB) wasn't included in market cap calculations (mc is $6,418,419,500 right now, so 10x increase needed to equal DOGE's mc and beyond that there isn't much room for growth for a memecoin). If VB's token burning affected the market cap we could be bullish because that would mean there would be more room for growth based on a sudden decrease of the market cap. But that isn't what happened.

Gate.io

Question for anyone out there using gate.io. I have a 6.5 millions SHIB on gate. I know this isn't anywhere near some of you whales. I'm not looking to sell, I'll hold. But the end game is to sell or bury/stake at one point right? Looking at Gate.IO withdrawal right now, they have a 3million token fee for SHIB. I understand that the ERC20 network is congested and alot of SHIB is selling right now. That all said, what are normal withdrawal fees like? Seems stupid for the fee to not be percentage based on what I would be withdrawing. Also, is it normal for their to be a minimal withdrawal that is so high (53 million token right now)?
