Disagree. Take LBRY for example. LBRY has been designed with great care (by a fantastic development team) from the beginning -- so you have more than just 1 layer to it. Whereas on a platform like YouTube you can interact with it as you do with your typical website (so you can create a GUI and then on the backend make API calls to populate the various video content from youtube channel feeds/live streams, or use the official website/mobile apps, etc.) LBRY is more akin to a protocol. Kind of like how with IPFS you can use the usual protocol addressable format (i.e. ipfs://...) on a browser that has the functionality enabled to resolve these addresses, you can also use LBRY's addressing (lbry://) if you have the LBRY app installed on your machine. Normally this would make the platform reduced to a mere niche-use type of deal, but because they have also set up the web GUI that helps to mirror/serve the content from the platform (which is truly p2p and uses a combination of blockchain and webtorrent to serve video) to the web URLs lbry.tv and odysee.com (the more popular of the two)...though much like with Uniswap for example, anyone who wishes to can create their own interface/setup their own little site and do it however they want to.

Create and manage organizations on the blockchain
It would need a governance DAO model with something like https://aragon.org/.
