    This is very easy to do with any provider (as long as they support IMAP) using imapsync: https://imapsync.lamiral.info/. It's a wonderful Perl script that works very well. I migrated one G Suite (well, legacy Google Apps free, but same thing) to MXRoute, and another to a self-hosted account (using Mailcow), and both migrations worked perfectly.
