Trello - Sleek cloud-based to-do list. I use this to track the status of outstanding orders across multiple storefronts (Etsy and otherwise.) You can set it up to create cards (aka tasks) from emails automatically, or use a website like Automate.io or IFTTT to grab more sophisticated data. It has a premium mode, but I haven't ever found a need to pay for it.

  3. Easily monitor Amazon product prices and get alerts when they drop.
This does bring to mind a good tangential tool though. One of the things that I've found to be helpful is I use CamelCamelCamel to monitor Amazon pricing on items I have a recurring need for, eg craft items or shipping envelopes. I got a pack of 100 6" x 4" x 3" shipping boxes for about $0.12 per box, which is crazy cheap. I didn't include it above by default because I categorize it in my head as an Internet/shopping tool, not an Etsy one. I'll add it to the list, though!
