    Personally, I wouldn't set out with the goal of learning X programming languages in order to build a website. I would plan out the website and what I want it to do/accomplish, and then research/learn what I need to make that happen. Also I would encourage you to use an existing CMS (Wordpress or Drupal) or framework (Bootstrap) instead of trying to do something from the ground up.
