Is there a way to use an AdBlock on mobile?

Pi-hole

There are probably more ways to do this, but the one I know is buying a Raspberry Pi, installing Pi Hole on it, connecting your router to the server the Raspberry pie hosts and let it do the magic. I have never doen that, but it probably should not be that hard to set it up.

Blokada

An app that does all of that for you is for example Blokada, which will do all of this for you, you just need to pick what precompiled lists to blacklist and give it a permission to connect to VPN, cause thats how they actually block the blacklisted servers.
