Definitely not a stupid question for an artist to ask so don't worry about that. There's actually a few sites that I use when looking for the origin of a picture. The one I use more than others is Yandex.com. They have a reverse image search that usually has a pretty good way of finding multiple instances of a picture. For this case I couldn't actually find your artstation using Yandex so I used a different website called SauceNao. What I find out about using saucenao is that it usually only finds the original instance of the picture rather than multiple but the good thing about that is that it links the project is self along with the authors name and page. If that fails I then use a website called TinEye and if that fails then I resort to google reverse image search (downside is that googles image search is 90% super unhelpful and just a long shot).
