Option four: (very complicated) set up your own home router using opnsense, set up adblocking on it, which will give your entire home network adblocking and not just your phone, and then tunnel your connection home using wireguard whenever you're out and about, which is a smart thing to be always doing anyway, especially on open wifi networks.
