    I learned the basics from w3schools.com and youtube. codepen.io and css-tricks.com are good websites to learn how the pros approach certain things because the languages have evolved so much (especially javascript) and there are millions of ways to approach things. They also have good widgets with codes for you to learn. Stackexchange for questions (and stealling snippets). You can start a github page for free and learn. Once you feel confident enough, you can start deploying dev environment on node.js and learn vue and maybe react.
