Where do I look / how do I commission cover art for my intro EP?

I suggest you explore behance.net and deviantart.com and when you find an artist you like, message them for a price quote. $200 should be fine for original cover art, there is also a chance you can go lower (and of course many artists will ask eventually ask for a lot more). Likely that the artist won't even have to create something new for you but they have dozens of works laying around which they can show you.
