Guetzli

I've never had much luck using jpegoptim. In most cases it's only removing the metadata, which isn't much on high-res files. Guetzli is nice, if you don't have too many images to recompress (quite slow): https://github.com/google/guetzli.

If you're looking for a GUI for most of these on Linux, you can use [Trimage](https://trimage.org/) which I created a long long time ago, but it still works. It runs images through a bunch of optimizers, but only compresses losslessly.
