Recommended and mentioned products

  1. Miniflux is a minimalist web-based RSS reader. It's very easy to use.

  2. Newsboat is a fork of Newsbeuter, an RSS/Atom feed reader for the text console. The only difference is that Newsboat is actively maintained while Newsbeuter isn't.

I used to use InoReader and Miniflux, but have since moved to newsboat ( and love it.
  3. Reeder is an RSS reader and client for multiple services.

If you are on Mac / iOS, try Can sync with several RSS services or sync with iCloud.
  4. A desktop app or browser extension for Firefox or Chrome. You can use it to follow people (hundreds) on whatever platform they choose - Twitter, a blog, YouTube, even on a public TiddlyWiki

You should try It's a unique tool.
  5. Fast, clean and unique feed reader

I'm a happy customer of It is a paid RSS reader that seems to be developed by one guy. The web UI is very good, and it's supported by Reeder, an iOS news aggregator app I use.
