Isn't this scheme vulnerable to Denial of Service ? If pictures of Tasmanian Tigers are illegal and we (seemingly) have the ability to procedurally generate arbitrary pictures of Tasmanian Tigers[1][2][3] ... What happens if some person or group just generates one billion different Tasmanian Tiger images and publishes them (perhaps anonymously) ? How would the machine identification of these pictures pencil out if there were one or two extra billion pictures to match against ? Wouldn't the false positives trend toward 100% ?
