    Do it regularly, from daily to multiple times a month. But keep doing it. Do it with a pen and paper journal or a file on your phone/computer. I use Standard Notes so it's available any time I have an insight. Using multiple senses to reflect is good, and you can review your thoughts again to remember and revise (grow).
