The weirdest part of this is how the photos of the cats are cropped. OP, if I were you, I would put a security camera to watch the place you found the flier in case the come back. You can set one up with old phone(s) you have lying around for free with an app I found recently called Alfred Camera. I haven’t tried it myself but it has a lot of good reviews.
